A Walk in the Park

Today was such a beautiful day that I decided to load Aubrey Grace in her stroller and walk to a park near our house. It was lovely... but it was so much windier than I originally thought! I packed a quilt to spread on the ground, and we had so much fun playing in the shade. There was no one else at the park which was quite nice! When it was getting close to nap time we started walking home, and by the time we got there Aubrey was fast asleep. Then she woke up about 5 minutes later. And nap time was thwarted. Oh well! Aubrey loved being outside. She just stared up into the trees and kicked her legs the whole time! And we had some good chats.

We talked about how this is what she will be playing on in a couple of years , and how much she would love it! But how for now I'm content with her laying on her quilt and being 3 months old.
